I saw em' first beneath my glow.
Two shadows in the silver snow.
No names, no sins, no vows to speak,
Holding trembling hands & blushing cheek.
Iceberg started melting, as it was shy,
Stars felt timid; stardust sprinkled from nightsky.
By the glance that doth adorn their face,
I know well, it was tame in it's utmost grace.
No confessions made, letters not carved on bark,
A love so bright, yet born in the dark.
I saw thy breath become the dawn's mist
As they did seal their love with the first sweet kiss.
And though they did vanish long, long ago!
Their reverie still lingers in my glow.
I kept their secret pristine, maiden and bright,
The first true love did birth in that night.
